Privacy Policy

This policy explains how AILZE LTD, trading as Callback, handles personal information when you use our online application-writing, visual-creation and interview-practice software. Last updated 20 July 2026.

Questions about this policy can be sent to support@ailzeukk.shop.

Who is responsible

AILZE LTD is the data controller. Contact us at support@ailzeukk.shop, +44 7142895929, or 8 Hardy Close, Barbury Business Centre, Preston, Lancashire, England, PR2 2XP. You may also contact the UK Information Commissioner’s Office if you are not satisfied with our response to a privacy concern.

What we collect

We collect account and contact data; subscription and transaction references; support messages; device, security and basic usage data; and preferences you choose in the workspace.

Application content may include CV text, job descriptions, career notes, prompts, generated CV bullets, cover letters, question banks and feedback. Visual and practice tools may process uploaded portraits, generated layout files, recorded video, audio and transcripts. Please do not add special-category data such as health, ethnicity, political opinions or identity-document numbers unless strictly necessary and legally appropriate.

  • Contact and account: name, email, authentication and support history.
  • Order and subscription: plan, status, invoice references and billing country; we do not receive full card numbers or PayPal account credentials.
  • User content: inputs, outputs, optional files, recording transcripts and export selections.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser, timestamps, security events, consent and cookie preferences.
Collection sources

We collect personal information from these sources: directly from you when you create an account, enter user input, upload a file, record an answer, contact support or choose preferences; from Stripe or PayPal when they return payment and subscription status; and automatically from your browser, device, hosting logs, security events and essential cookies. We may also receive a referral page address when your browser supplies it. We do not buy job-seeker profiles or obtain application data from employers or recruiters.

Why we use it and legal bases

We process account, order and workspace content to perform our contract and deliver the subscription. We use consent for optional analytics, marketing and camera or microphone access. We rely on legitimate interests for service security, fraud prevention, product reliability and proportionate support records. We process information where necessary to meet tax, accounting, consumer-protection and legal obligations.

We do not use CVs, portraits, recordings, prompts or generated outputs to train models. We do not use job-search data for recruitment, placement, profiling for employers or resale.

User input, generated output, uploads and deletion

User input includes prompts, CV text, job descriptions, career notes and practice transcripts. When you ask for an AI feature, the relevant user input and any file you deliberately upload are sent to the AI provider acting as our processor solely to generate the requested result. Browser-only portrait previews and recordings remain on your device unless you choose a feature that uploads them. Generated outputs can be inaccurate and remain your responsibility to review.

We do not use user input, example data, uploaded CVs, portraits, recordings or generated output to train AI models. Workspace payloads are retained only as needed to provide the feature. Generated-file caches are normally deleted within 30 days. You can clear the active workspace in one action and request account-level deletion by contacting us. Backup copies may persist for a limited recovery cycle before being overwritten.

Who we share it with and processor boundaries

Stripe processes card details, billing authentication, receipts and subscription events under its own privacy terms. PayPal processes PayPal credentials when a customer chooses that payment method. AILZE LTD receives payment status, amount, currency, customer reference and limited billing details, but never receives or stores the complete card number or PayPal login credentials.

We share only necessary data with processors that provide cloud hosting, Supabase database and secure file storage, transactional email, digital file delivery, customer support, error monitoring and AI inference. The AI provider receives only the user input, generated output context and files needed for the requested generation. Processors may act only on our instructions for the contracted purpose and under data-protection safeguards. We may also disclose information where law requires it or to protect legal rights.

Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies support security, admin sessions, checkout continuity and preferences. Optional analytics or marketing cookies are used only with consent where required. You can change non-essential choices through browser or cookie controls. The Cookie Policy explains categories and typical durations.

International transfers

Our company is in England and processors may operate in the United Kingdom, European Economic Area, United States or other locations. Where data leaves the UK or EEA without an adequacy decision, we use approved contractual safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or EU Standard Contractual Clauses and assess supplementary protections.

How long we keep it

Active account and subscription records are kept for the relationship. Payment, tax and transaction records are generally retained for up to seven years where law requires. Support records are usually kept for up to two years. Security logs are typically kept for up to twelve months. Generated-file caches are normally cleared after 30 days; deletion requests are completed unless a legal exception applies.

Security

We use access controls, encryption in transit, secret separation, processor review, logging and least-privilege practices. No internet system is risk-free. Protect your account and avoid uploading information that is unnecessary for the requested output.

Your GDPR and CCPA rights / Do Not Sell or Share

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection; withdraw consent; and complain to a regulator. UK and EU residents may contact the ICO or their local authority. California residents may request to know, correct or delete covered information and may not be discriminated against for exercising rights.

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Therefore there is no sale or such sharing to opt out of. Send requests to our support email; we may verify identity before acting and authorised agents must provide appropriate authority.

Automated decisions and children

Callback does not make employment decisions, rank candidates for employers or produce legal or similarly significant automated decisions. Feedback is drafting and practice assistance only.

Children under 13 may not use the service. Users aged 13–17 require consent and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. Contact us if you believe a child’s data was submitted improperly.
