Your inputs
You retain ownership of CV text, photos, recordings and other content you provide. You grant us and necessary processors a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce, transform and transmit that content only to provide, secure and support the requested feature.
Generated outputs
As between you and us, and to the extent permitted by law, we assign to you our rights in outputs generated specifically for your account. Similar or identical outputs may be generated for others, and output may not qualify for intellectual-property protection in every jurisdiction.
Cache and deletion
The processing licence lasts while needed to provide the service. Generated-file caches are normally cleared after 30 days, subject to shorter deletion controls, security backups, legal retention and active support requests.
Your permissions
You promise that you have rights and lawful grounds to process uploaded content. Do not upload another person’s portrait, employer confidential material or copyrighted work without permission.
Callback materials
The software, workflow, interface, branding, documentation and pre-existing templates remain ours or our licensors’. Your subscription grants a personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use them through the service.
